Hi!!!!

Well, I really don't have much to say. I'm just sitting here at the computer trying to find a way to procrastinate working on a couple of papers for school!!! This happens WAY too often. :) I finally have my first kit uploaded to MooTwo Designs for sale. I'm pretty excited about it but unsure if I'll get enough people to look at it and actually BUY it! Here is a preview of the kit....

I thought it would be good for boys, bubbles, and pretty much anything - a pretty universal kit. Anyway, it's kind of fun seeing it up for sale in the store! I also have a couple of quickpages that I made from this kit as freebies for my other blog. Then, if people go and buy the kit at MooTwo and show me a layout they created using it, I'll send them four more quickpages and a surprise bonus! I'm hoping this will get them to want to buy the kit. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on how to market my kits, let me know. I'd love to hear them!!!

Now I'm working on another 'boy' kit with the theme of boys growing up. I'm hoping to make this a pretty large kit - seeing as there aren't that many 'boy' kits out there. I've had a lot of fun with it already and can't wait to do more.

The kids are doing well - driving me a bit crazy at times! Austin and I had a funny conversation in the car the other day:

Austin: Mom? I need to tell you something.
Me: What do you need to tell me?
Austin: Both Jaden's name and my name end in 'n'.
Me: They sure do. What does Kaylee's name end in?
(Pause.....)
Austin: 'e'!!!
Me: Good job! I didn't know you knew that.
(Pause with Austin smiling proudly!)
The next thing I knew I heard Austin break out in song...
Austin: One of these things is not like the other, one of these things just doesn't belong!

Anyway, I thought that was pretty funny! He then had to go on and tell me that it was Kaylee that doesn't belong!

Thank you Sesame Street!

Some scrapbook pages....

I had so much fun making these scrapbook pages - so colorful! These were taken last November (yes, I really am that far behind - actually I'm a lot more behind than that!) at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle while we were visiting my family. The kids loved the butterfly exhibit and we couldn't keep the butterflies off Austin.

Here is a page of Austin's leg with an escapee butterfly. The kids had been playing for quite a while (at least five minutes) when we took Austin's sweatshirt off and noticed the butterfly on his leg. It's crazy because before you leave the exhibit, a person checks to make sure no butterflies are on you and then you walk through some doors that blow air on you to get any escapee's off!

Mooooooo!!!

Sorry about the title, but I had to get it out of my system!!! I have just been picked up by an internet store to sell my digital scrapbooking kits. I am so excited! I think this will be a lot of fun and I will definitely learn A LOT from the other designers there! I haven't uploaded any kits to sell there yet, but hope to this weekend (if homework will cooperate!). It is a fantastic site with forums, blogs, galleries, and, of course, a store. I have already enjoyed participating in their forums and can't wait to participate in some of their challenges!

Anyway, go check out the site. It's fun to just look around! Moo Two Desings
